Please follow the instructions below to become a member of ProjectFact.org 

(If you have trouble completing online registration, you can print, fill out and mail in the Printable Registration Form)

Primary Email Address - Will be used as your Membership ID If you don't have an email address, leave this field blank. We will create a Member ID for you formatted like an email address.

* Password (Enter again, to verify ... must be letters and one or more numbers, to total eight (8) or more characters)
* Security Question
* Security Answer
* First Name
Middle Initial (No periods, and just leave blank if no Middle Initial)
* Last Name
Create special Membership ID Use this ONLY if you don't have your own email address. It will be created from your name, such as: Tammy C. Smith will create tcsmith@ProjectFact.org	Clicking this button will generate an Email alias for you for to use as a Member ID on this site.
When you have filled in all information, click "Submit Contact Info" button.
Information with asterisks (*) are required. After you Create Member Info, we will ask for Contact Information on the next page.
